Six beautiful boats, each named after one of Henry VIII's wives, ready for you to skipper, direct from our Lion Terrace. 

These electric boats are easy to drive and take up to seven people, with seating and a  central table that's just perfect for a Mitre picnic or a bottle or two of champagne.

There's no better way to enjoy life on London's famous river, and when you get back from your cruise you can soak up the sun on one of our beautiful terraces.

Our gorgeous Whispering Angel Terrace is an idyllic riverside hideaway, perfect for alfresco dining with friends and family. 

Booking for lunch or dinner is strongly advised. For drinks only, tables are allocated subject to availability on a walk-in basis.

Order your picnic hamper 48 hours in advance, add any extra drinks, then decide where you're going to enjoy it - perhaps you could hire one of self-drive boats and have a picnic on the river, or take it over to Hampton Court Palace and relax in the stunning grounds.

Join us for a curious and delightful dinner and drinks hosted by Hilary Theaker, Kitchen Garden Keeper and Vine Keeper at Hampton Court Palace.  Hilary maintains the historic walled garden, using both old and modern gardening techniques to grow a wide variety of vegetables, fruits and herbs all year round.

At this exclusive event we will be serving a delicious meal using palace garden produce and you will receive a welcome cocktail prepared with local gin from Hampton Court Gin!

A closer look at the idea of blind tasting; is it all myth, bias, hyperbole? It is certainly taken seriously by wine experts the world over, playing a key part in the hardest exams in the industry, but how much are influenced by what we see, hear, or feel?

This will be a light-hearted evening exploring the idea of bias and judgement when it comes to our palates. Who knows, you could be an Master of Wine in the making!
